1. Handmade with Purpose

Every HOLY ERROR piece is made with care, intention, and a human touch. Because our garments are handcrafted, each one carries its own unique details — no two items are ever exactly the same.
Slight variations in stitching, color, or print placement are part of the creative process and what make your piece one of one.

We see beauty in imperfection — it’s part of what HOLY ERROR stands for.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

However, if an item arrives damaged or materially defective, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and our team will review the issue. If approved, we’ll offer a discount or credit toward a future purchase — our way of keeping things fair and right.

3. Exchanges & Store Credit

We want you to love what you wear. If you received the wrong size or a defective item:

  • We may issue a store credit or discount code to use on your next order.

We cannot guarantee exchanges for specific sizes or colors due to the small-batch nature of our production.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and respect craftsmanship, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale or discounted items,

  • Accessories, socks, or undergarments,

  • Gift cards or digital products.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
